宇治をベースに

光をたたえた大地、出雲の気配を重ねる。

正統な旨味の奥に、やわらかな甘みがひそみ、

A rich umami at the front,

followed by a soft sweetness from Izumo.

A subtle bitterness from Uji Okumidori

adds definition,

leading to a clean and refined finish.
