出雲の有機抹茶と選び抜いたコーヒーを、都会の喧騒から切り離された静謐な空間で 五感で味わうための聖域です。

Renovated from a70-year-old traditional residence, LAMBERT is a matcha concept café and gallery reborn as a place of　connection,bridging Japanese heritage and contemporary sensibilities. In a quiet house in Hyakunincho, Shinjuku, a garden with an iconic megalith and the gentle sound of water offers time to restore the spirit. We serve organic matcha carefully cultivated in Izumo, alongside coffee crafted for harmony in taste. Vivid green, sweet roasted aroma,  clear umami—each cup leaves a lingering glow that softens everyday life.On the second floor, our gallery invites encounters across borders through art and culture.

抹茶のコンセプトカフェ兼ギャラリー「LAMBERT（ランバート）」新宿・百人町にある静かな邸宅には、象徴的な巨石や水音に包まれた庭とともに、心を整え る時間をしつらえました。出雲で丁寧に育てられた有機抹茶と、味わいを追求したコーヒー。鮮やかな緑、甘い焙煎香、澄んだ旨み、一杯の余韻が、日常に柔らかな光を灯します。2階のギャラリーでは、アートやカルチャーを通じて国境を越える体験を。LAMBERTは、伝統とモダンが響き合う、五感のための聖域です。
